TERMS OF EMERGENCE OF THE MAIN CLINICAL SYMPTOMS OF PREECLAMPSIA AT THE PRESENT STAGE

The purpose of the research was to study the terms of appearance of the first clinical symptoms of preeclampsia in 300 patients of fertile age with preeclampsia of varying severity and duration. The data of the research showed, that the more severe preeclampsia was, the earlier were diagnosed its first clinical symptoms. With "combined" preeclampsia, its clinical manifestations were diagnosed earlier than with "pure" ones. As the gestation period increased, the disease progressed. The duration of the course of "light" forms of preeclampsia up to the time of delivery averaged from 3 to 4 weeks, "medium" – from 5 to 6 weeks, "heavy" – more than 6 weeks. The knowledge of these processes, in my opinion, will allow to develop an optimal recovery therapy in the postpartum period, which can improve the "remote" forecast.
