As a result, the diversity of the development of family relations was demonstrated, in particular, the variants of the co-dependent reaction of the spouse and the frequency of their occurrence are shown. Among other things, the analysis of autoaggressiveness was carried out, narcological and co-dependent characteristics of the spouses were given, taking into account the available data on the dynamics of intra-family relations. This approach allows us to more effectively model the appropriate preventive and treatment-corrective approach in each case, both with regard to narcological and suicidological orientation, and also significantly expands the available theoretical ideas about &amp;quot;alcoholic&amp;quot; marriages in general and the phenomenon of codependence, in particular.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of family relations in the so-called &amp;quot;alcoholic&amp;quot; marriages.
