The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of family relations in the so-called "alcoholic" marriages. As a result, the diversity of the development of family relations was demonstrated, in particular, the variants of the co-dependent reaction of the spouse and the frequency of their occurrence are shown. Among other things, the analysis of autoaggressiveness was carried out, narcological and co-dependent characteristics of the spouses were given, taking into account the available data on the dynamics of intra-family relations. This approach allows us to more effectively model the appropriate preventive and treatment-corrective approach in each case, both with regard to narcological and suicidological orientation, and also significantly expands the available theoretical ideas about "alcoholic" marriages in general and the phenomenon of codependence, in particular.
