The study of the psychological status was carried out using the Lazarus coping test and the SF 36 questionnaire at the Department of Occupational Diseases of medical unit # 5 of Kirov District. The study analyzes and describes the main coping strategies of patients with vibration disease. There were conducted intergroup comparisons of the coping test parameters. The non-adaptive coping strategies were identified for patients with vibration disease: "the confrontation", the "acceptance of responsibility", "flight – avoidance", "planning". Besides, there was carried out the estimation of parameters of quality of life. The author has revealed that all observed indicators of the quality of life of patients with vibration disease were worse than in the control group.
