The authors studied the opinion of the population of Belgorod on the organization and the quality of provision of pharmaceutical care with specially designed questionnaires. The survey included 100 persons. In accordance with the purpose and objectives of the study we used statistical and sociological methods. As a result of the sociological survey we have identified some key characteristics of visitors applying for pharmaceutical assistance, dissatisfaction with the work of pharmacies and pharmacy workers.
