Every year more than 12 million new cases are registered, including non-Hodgkin&amp;#39;s lymphoma. A modern problem in medicine consists of not only paraneoplastic processes accompanying the tumor, but a complication of anticancer therapy - neurotoxicity. This paper presents data on the occurrence and form of polyneuropathy in the peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and its main pathogenesis elements. Here the toxic effects of cytotoxic drugs and their role in the impairment of the nervous system have been described.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The number of patients with malignant tumors has increased steadily.
