The authors suggest a method of mapping the macronutrient composition of biological samples with the method of powder XRD, which consists in the determination of reference values of concentrations of macroelements by means of atomic emission spectrometry and the calibration of the XRF with the help of a discriminator, which allows to increase the accuracy of mapping the macronutrient composition of biological samples a hundred times to 10-30 ppm.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a method for the quantitative determination of the distribution of concentrations of chemical elements in a biological sample.
