The authors studied the efficacy of treatment in the region in the context of complex treatment and rehabilitation, including increasing the patients&amp;rsquo; adherence to treatment and drugs in the accompanying therapy. The efficiency of the ethiotropic therapy and clinical rehabilitation has increased as a result of inclusion of the accompanying drugs into the therapy of patients with neglected pulmonary tuberculosis. The use of Cycloferon decreases the time of MBT expectoration (including MDR) 94,1&amp;plusmn;3,33% in patients with a concomitant diseases. The effeciency of Cycloferon is caused by an immunoprotective effect and remarkable improvement in general condition of patients.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Patients with neglected TB of the lungs are the basic reservoir of infection and results of their rehabilitation are an important indicator of the effectiveness of anti-epidemic measures.
