In the article the model of information organization in the educational database is developed. It allows to analyze and plan the treatment and diagnostic procedures of patients and compare its volume with medical and economic standards. The proposed model can be used in electronic training facilities, in educational technologies in distance education, and in medical decision support informational systems.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development of clinical management skills among medical students and practitioners is an important task of formation of competence which provide a proper quality of medical care, compliance with its regulations and the prevention of medical errors.
