Пациенты с генотипом G/G NAT2 -590 G&amp;gt;A реже страдали хроническим панкреатитом при умеренном употреблении алкоголя (частота употребления алкоголя менее 2 раз в неделю &amp;ndash; OR=0,55; 95% CI 0,36-0,85; Р=0,006; длительность употребления алкоголя менее 10 лет &amp;ndash; OR=0,57; 95% CI 0,36-0,90; Р=0,015) и некурящие (OR=0,67; 95% CI 0,47-0,96; Р=0,03.
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background:&amp;nbsp;Genetic and environmental factors are involved in the development of chronic pancreatitis. The aim of the study:&amp;nbsp; To determine the influence of some risk factors and polymorphism rs1799930 NAT2-590 G&amp;gt;A on the development of chronic pancreatitis. Materials and methods:&amp;nbsp;302 unrelated patients with chronic pancreatitis and 465 healthy individuals. When questioning the study participants, the impact of smoking and alcohol consumption on the risk of developing the disease was assessed depending on the volume, frequency and duration. Genotyping of the polymorphism rs1799930 NAT2-590 G&amp;gt;A was carried out by PCR. Statistical data processing was carried out using Statistica 10.0 (StatSoft), SNPstats. Results:&amp;nbsp; It was found that smoking, frequency and duration of alcohol abuse affect the likelihood of developing the disease. Patients with genotype G/G NAT2 -590 G&amp;gt;A were less likely to suffer from chronic pancreatitis with moderate alcohol consumption (frequency of alcohol consumption less than 2 times a week &amp;ndash; OR=0.55, 95% CI 0.36-0.85; P=0.006; duration of alcohol consumption less than 10 years &amp;ndash; OR=0.57, 95% CI 0.36-0.90) P=0.015) and non-smokers (OR=0.67, 95% CI 0.47-0.96); P =0.03). Conclusion:&amp;nbsp; When predicting the likelihood of CP in carriers of the polymorphic variant rs1799930 NAT2 -590 G&amp;gt;A, it is necessary to take into account the effect of smoking and alcohol abuse. Genotype G/G rs1799930 of the NAT2 -590 G&amp;gt;A gene has a protective effect in moderate alcohol consumption and in non-smoking respondents. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронический панкреатит</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>rs1799930</kwd><kwd>NAT2</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic pancreatitis</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>rs1799930</kwd><kwd>NAT2</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>Список литературы</title><ref id="B1"><mixed-citation>Хатьков ИЕ, Маев ИВ, Абдулхаков СР, и др.
