EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE METHOD OF CORRECTION OF THE PSYCHOEMOTICAL STATE OF STUDENTS OF THE MEDICAL INSTITUTE
The review presents the technology of biofeedback (BFB) and examines the theoretical and practical aspects of its use for correcting the states of psychoemotional stress of students of a medical institute. The results of the research showed that according to psychological signs and physiological indicators, the students are divided into two groups: those who are stable and those who are subject to emotional stress. The usefulness of the biofeedback method for stressed individuals who during the training has learned to control one of the physiological parameters, in particular the heart rate, has been shown, which has made it possible to increase stress resistance. The effectiveness of the BFB method was evaluated on the "Reaсor "hardware and software complex.
